In addition to the business case, the presentation outlines non-monetary contributions that can be made by companies in various industries, beneficiary selection and a road map to getting started. These materials support a 20-hour, classroom-based course in the practice of management consulting (referred to as "advisory" in the materials) and is intended for individuals contemplating or starting a career in management consulting. While most effective when delivered by an experienced management consultant, they may also be useful for non-consulting professionals interested in improving their consulting skills to better support the needs of charitable non-profit organizations.
